I bought a car from heelys auto llc. in ********* ** a week ago and it has many mechanical problems. I have tried calling and texting him and no call back. The car is at a shop and needs about $3000 worth of work done to it. It has a warranty that I can't even use because they put the wrong milage in the paperwork and warranty company says it's within 9 day of purchase and it should have been fixed before purchase. I asked the owner of heelys to take the car back or pay to fix it and he won't. After reading many bad reviews on his company he should have his dealer license revoked.Initial Complaint

I bought a vehicle(2009 Dodge Journey) from this business on January 13th 2022. On Januray 12th, 2022 while test driving **** vehicle it had a check engine light on. While in negotiation with the business owner, ******* Lleranas, I mentioned this issue. ******* went to inspect the issue to find the check engine light off, we test drove the vehicle a second time in which the light dud no come back on. I expressed concern for when It did come back on in which ******* agreed to fix and issue causing the check engine light within 3 weeks of purchase. January 20, 2022, 7 days after purchase, the check engine light came back on, and I notified ******* by text of this including a photo. Later that day I had the computer read at a local auto parts store, and notified ******* by text of the findings. After several attempts to contact him and his business by both my husband and myself, he agreed to look at it on February 7, 2022. We went to the business and although he was not there the business mechanic **** looked at it, and agreed to fix the issue in a few days as he already had the parts to do so(timing chain replacement). We have been contacting the business, ******** ***** and another woman at the business since to try and get our car worked on only to be avoided in one way or another. Today, February 28, 2022 my husband was able to reach the woman twice. The second time she hung up on him as soon as he introduced himself, and immediately blocked his number. I am still able to make a call to this number, however they are not answering. All we are asking is for them to properly fix the issue before it becomes worse(broken timing chain generally = blown engine) and possibly causes injury or worse. We don't mind if they fix it themselves, safely and properly of course. Or pay for another shop to do the same.
