**** had us leave a review on our experience at first it was good 5stars on our Polaris general purchase . Until I got my machine home after waiting couple extra days due to safety concerns that were found in said (inspection) . Got it home drove it one mile and check engine light came on he said it for a belt sent me one during install I found issues in the clutch and upon further inspection found front and rear brakes worn down excessively low when I called back to arrange pickup for the repair **** thought he hung up and said I was being a pain in the A** I dont think that the case asking for a machine to be fixed after only using 1 mile that I payed 22k for . They fixed it made it right on clutch and said it only needed rear brakes it up north put 100miles on it and here we are with clutch issues agian removed cover and found excessive wear to the secondary clutch thats was said to have been inspected with other clutch was repaired along with a squeak in front driver wheel due to the brake pads being metal to metal on inside pad with there inspections being so poor hard to trust what was done and not done so I decided to change my oil that they said they did and found a stripped oil plug and plug is leaking now Im out 750$ after paying 22k for this machine and havent gotten to enjoy . Would not recommend **** if he continues to disrespect the customer and if your looking for service you better off looking the other way unaware how they got Polaris certification!

We bought a 2022 Polaris General, that was posted to have ***** miles on it from this location. Someone initially had a deposit on it, so I put a backup deposit on it just in case it fell through. Fast forward 2 weeks, I get a call from ** (***********) who said the guys financing fell through and if we want we can come in the next day to purchase. We get there, ** gets started on all of the paperwork. Everything is great. We get it home and I notice there is actually ***** miles on it not *****. A week later we are left stranded on the side of the road. 3 weeks into owning this machine and we have to put a new clutch it. Which I feel is something that needed to be addressed before they sold it. I call ** to tell him whats going on, he said he showed us how many miles were on it, and he told me the first guy backed out because of the miles. **** of which are lies. Im clutched go bad on these machines are ***** miles so it should have been replaced before we even purchased it. Horrible horrible customer service. I will not ever recommend this company or be back in the future.

Service and parts department will keep telling you " They are trying and understaffed"On April 20th of 2023 I purchased my machine and my parts. All my parts arrived a week later. For the last 2 months I've been promised to get a call back week after week with no calls. Week after week they say my machines next to come in. Now they won't return my calls but they cashed the check!!!Today is 7/5/23. Still cannot get anything done or accomplish with the service and parts department. ****** the supervisor has told me several times it will be any day.
