I waited 7hrs for the arrival of installers after the phone call of a 2hr window. Once the installers arrived, no measurements were taken, no level was used. The awning is defective or not installed correctly because it does not sit in the housing properly. The valance was not what I ordered and was filthy with hand prints from the installers. I scheduled this installation a month in advance. No effort was made to a timely solution, no apology, and basically blamed me for their below average work, and defective product. I was told I must not want the awning, as if I was not able or willing to pay. I have a Cashiers Check payable to ******************* for the full amount. This was with the understanding I was getting a functioning product, not damaged and a professional install by experienced and knowledgeable installers. They had no insight into what the issue was. I trusted this company and got burned. This was not my fault, it was theirs.Business response
