This company is very dishonest. They are not at all what they claim to be they assisted in credit card fraud against me were a stolen line of Credit Card was used. to purchase their product and then when I called and advised them that I did not make this purchase, my bank tried to communicate with them to confirm this my lawyer tried to communicate with them to confirm this to assist in the fraud investigation, and instead, some big mouth called me, and basically said he didnt care how he got his money as long as he got his money and it was my problem not his to assist in a fraud investigation. This is not the way any customer should be treated or accompany should be allowed to do business. If it were up to me, this place would be shut down, I wouldnt bother with them if I were you unless you want as far as your information stolen from you they obviously assisted and what was done to me or they wouldnt have had a fear of communicating with my bank, nor the big mouth wouldnt have had a fear of leaving his name so I knew who he was but his phone number was so they can figure out who he is and deal with him But if I were you, I would steer clear of them go somewhere else from the people

Wanted to keep $1000 deposit for a quote that required a deposit? This company has bad business practices. Who would think they could keep someones money for doing nothing except driving to my home and emailing me a file they already had. Calling it a rendering was a bad joke. Do not trust this company or their salespeople!

Marygrove awning goes to ***** year old mothers house ,tells her the awning already there is fire hazard , not up to code , wouldnt install there awning until electrician disconnected electrical , they send their electrician out charges 400 dollars additional for the electrician that was there 5 minutes, on top of the awning price already at **** dollars , now they install there awning , 15 foot power cord hanging down the back of the house and across the deck , looks terrible , and to end this sale , she is not sure of what the warranty even is , they leave her no paperwork tell her its available on line , although she has no computer and doesnt even know how to use one , terrible overall experience for an overpriced awning , now I read some reviews that say awning material coming apart at 2 and 3 years old , would never recommend this company

Hi, I would like to change my review of Marygrove Awning Company to reflect their services , they returned and repaired everything , I would like to give them a 5 star rating , the new review can include they refunded a portion of money and rewired  the electrical properly , now my mother is completely satisfied.
