We bought 5 year roof maintenance plan the fall of 2020. Bright house roofing company was supposed to come out annually to inspect the roof and make any repairs as needed. The initial inspection did happen on 10/28/2020. They did not come out in 2021!! We have tried contacting them but all phone numbers are not in service. Its now spring of 2022 and we feel the company has no intention of honoring their commitment!!!
