Returned an item and can't get a refund. They issued an "e-gift card" for shopping in store or on line which I did not request. I have called, emailed and chatted with them and have been told every time in the past week that "it was a glitch" and they have a processor (DSG?) that is "working on it" and didn't know when this "would be fixed". They come across as funny and slapstick but they are TERRIBLE.Review from Michael T

Moosejaw wouldn't help me with a missing package today. It was delivered on a holiday weekend, earlier than expected, meaning I was not home and unable to make arrangements. Then when I got home, the package wasn't there. Moosejaw refused to help me with refund, replacement, or store credit. Having been a loyal customer for years, I was shocked. When I asked why they wouldn't help, they said it was their policy that if ***** confirms delivery, they won't help you if you never actually receive the package. As a business that holds itself out as an online retailer, I feel they need a better policy than this. I will not be doing business with them again.Review from BB B

They delivered my package my gift to the wrong address telling me look its the right house it has a grill on the porch every single house on the block has a grill outside its not the correct house I told them I am out of the country and unable to make long distance phone calls back to the states let alone ones that put me on hold like one ***************************************************************************** call the police week its not our fault it didnt arrive her name is *****Review from Jordan R

Imagine finding an item you love on a website, then placing an order for that item.Then, imagine getting an email over 24 hours later saying that item is on "backorder" and it will be shipped who knows when.That was my experience with *********.I placed my first ever order with them, only to be informed less than a week before Christmas that my order is on backorder.It's unprofessional and disrespectful to waste my time like that. They take charge of the funds instantly, but wait over72 hours to inform me that the item I ordered isn't even available.As a small business owner, I am saddened. I try to support smaller businesses over huge corporations, but this type of service will have me crawling back to Amazon, where at least I know my order will be fulfilled.Review from Kay S

Deceptive marketing paired with horrid customer service. Attempted to purchase an item using a coupon code they provided across the banner of their website homepage. The order was confirmed and then, days later, said the item was not available and they would make no attempt to fill that order. At that point, I had lost significant money as other sites were no longer running black friday sales. I talked to customer service and got the equivalent to "nothing we can do about it so just deal with it."
