    Well took my truck there for repairs telling them I wanted the ***** garage to do all repairs a body shop could not do. Linkes took it on their own to send it to auto service center to do the work they could not do even tho I am supposed to get shop of choice I got shop of their choice I did not even know my truck was at auto service center til after work was done then he wants me to pay for work a shop did that I did not approve of. Then sends a bill out on the 4-4-2023 I get it on 4-6-2023 ant it says if I font pay by the 4-7-2023 I will be turned into collections immediately

    ******************* HAD A 14 SILVERADO TOWED HERE AT HIS REQUEST ON 1ST WEEK OF MARCH.

    3/6/23 I RECIEVED AN ASSIGMENT FROM STATE FARM INSURANCE TO ESTIMATE DAMAGE TO HIS VEHICLE. I SENT THE ESTIMATE TO INSURANCE AND RECIEVED APPROVAL TO REPAIR TRUCK ON 3/8/23.  

    AS WE ARE BOOKING REPAIRS INTO AUGUST, I SPOKE TO ***** ASKING IF HE WOULD LIKE US TO PERFORM TEMPORARY REPAIR TO ALLOW HIM TO SAFELY OPERATE VEHICLE. TOLD HIM WE COULD DO BODY PULLS TO FIT THE **** GATE AND ****LIGHT AND HAVE AUTO SERVICE CENTER REPLACE HIS EXHAUST WITH A FACTORY MUFFLER AND PIPE. WE USED NEW O.E.M ****LIGHT EVEN THOUGH WE ESTIMATED AN AFTERMARKET LAMP. HE AGREED BY TELEPHONE CONVERSATION TO HAVE TEMP REPAIRS MADE. WE PERFORM MANY REPAIRS AUTHORIZED BY PHONE AND EMAIL. 

    AFTER TEMPORARY REPAIRS WERE MADE 3/17/23, I CALLED ***** TO INFORM TRUCK WAS READY FOR USE. HE REQUESTED WE LEAVE TRUCK OUTSIDE AND HE WOULD PICK UP AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, TO WHICH HE DID. 

    ON MONDAY 3/20/23, ***** CALLED ME (ALSO ******************) AND VERBALLY ABUSED ME FOR WHAT HE EXPECTED BUT DID NOT RECIEVE. TRANSMISSION FLUID & FILTER REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS REAR DIFFERENTIAL INSPECTION WITH OIL AND SEAL REPLACEMENT IS HIS DEMAND. I INFORMED HIM HE COULD HAVE IT DONE, HOWEVER, INSURANCE WOULD CONSIDER IT ONLY IF RELATED TO THIS LOSS. IF DEEMED INCONSISTENT, THEY WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE SERVICE. HE CAN PURSUE IF HE WANTS, BUT I CANNOT AUTHORIZE REPAIR. THIS INFURIATED HIM TO THE POINT THAT I DECIDED ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, AND I WANT NO FUTHER PART OF ASSISTING HIS CLAIM AND ALLEGATIONS. 

    I INFORMED THE INSURANCE COMPANY BY TELEPHONE AND DOCUMENTED THROUGH A BUSINESS PORTAL THAT I WILL NOT BE WORKING FOR ******************** ANY MORE. I REVISED MY ESTIMATE TO INCLUDE ONLY THE SUBLET BILL WE HAD PAID FOR AS A TEMPORARY REPAIR AND TO INSTALL THE ****LIGHT. SURPRISINGLY, AFTER NUMEROUS CONVERSATIONS WITH STATE FARM REPS TO INFORM HOW THE PROCESS GOT TO THIS POINT, THEY SENT CLAIMENT A CHECK FOR $1304.00 WHEN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DEPOSITED IN OUR SHOP ACCOUNT. ***** CASHED CHECK. 

    WE CALLED THE ***** WHO STATED HE WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE TEMPORARY REPAIR THAT HE WAS REIMBURSED BY STATE FARM FOR. WE SENT A LETTER TO HIM STATING THAT THIS BILL MUST BE PAID FOR BY 4/7/23 OR IT WOULD SENT TO COLLECTION AGENCY. HE DID RELUCTANTY PAY HIS BILL AND DEMANDED RETURN OF HIS DAMAGED AND WORN-OUT EXHAUST SYSTEM. I SHOWED HIM PHOTOS AND TOLD HIM THEY WERE AT REPAIR FACILITY ACROSS THE STREET AND HE IS WELCOME TO THEM. AUTO SERVICE CENTER HAS PARTS SET ASIDE, BUT ***** DID NOT PICK THEM UP. 

    I FEEL WE DID ALL WE COULD TO GET HIS TRUCK FUNTIONAL WITHOUT ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THANKS.
