The shipping term is 3 to 7 business days after purchase was confirmed. I called the seller to confirm the flooring was in stock. After 12 business days, I did not receive my flooring, and called the seller. They wrote me an email, claiming that the flooring was still in their warehouse in east coast and would ship in the following day and sent me the tracking number. The delayed shipping was to late for my contract so I replied the email on the following day after received the email to cancel the order. I thought I successfully cancelled the order because the seller did not send me any tracking number for the shipment. However, the seller lied to my credit card company, told ***** that I cancelled the order after the order was shipped to me, and charged me shipping fee and restoring fee. It is a completely lying. No business ethics at all. And the seller ***** is very unresponsive. I made over 30 phone calls and left messages, but he did not response at all.
