They advertise a credit repair software that can be useful in boosting the credit of a client. It's called a Rapid Rescore, they advertise that it can be done within 5 days. They even named it Rapid, but it wasn't that at all. I submitted this credit repair 7 days ago and they have just let me know that "they apologize for my client's rapid rescore falling through cracks" and because of this now I have to go tell my clients that their interest rate on their mortgage is now an entire % higher, from a 5.25% to a 6.25%. Costing them an extra $300 dollars a month. They also were quick to just hang up on me when I was speaking to a representative from that company named ******** *******. Them completely dropping the ball now has financial repercussions. I found out today, a full week later, that they had not been able to open the PDF document I sent over, a full week, and it was simple PDF doc. They gave me excuses to why their supervisor was unavailable and kept me on hold for awhile. Being the loan officer that puts me in a very uncomfortable situation now with this great client I have, who also happens to be a repeat client. This company should be completely audited and I, as well as my client, deserve something in return.
