Purchased an adjustable king size bed in June of this year for $7109.21. In that we both snore, we needed the ability to allow one person to raise or lower the other persons head. The salesman showed us such a bed and explained that we could either purchase a remote separately or use our phones to do it. He even showed us how to do it on our phones. When we received our bed some time later, instead of remote controls we found that the adjustment controls were attachd by black cords, one on either side of the bed. No bed in the store had any such cords. Upon contacting the company, we were told that the bases were not returnable, offered a token reduction on the cost of delivering a bed that DID adjust remotely, but would need to pay an additional $1493.43. We were clearly misled, given an inferior product, and denied any reasonable resolution
