Purchased an ATV front differential for my Polaris from Vito's performance. It is clearly stated in their website that THIS part was a direct replacement to my original part #*******. Upon receipt, I checked to see that my axels would fit with this new replacement part but it did not fit my axels. They would not go in place as they did my OEM #*******. I contacted ****'s and told them the situation and they suggested I return the part. I packaged the part EXACTLY as it had came in the same exact box. I PAID to have it shipped back to ****'s. A few days later, I get a message from them with a picture of the part received with damage to the wiring connector. They informed me that the item was damaged and dirty and that they couldn't help me any further or they could send me the part back if I paid for it to be shipped back. I'm already over 500 dollars out of pocket for a part that DIDN'T fit and I know for a FACT that this item was not damaged at all when it was packaged and sent to ****'s. Seems to me the delivery person dropped the box and that's how that connection got smashed. I need assistance in making this right. I do not want to be out that much money and not even get the part back. I would like a refund as I believe none of this would've happened, had the part they sold me fit as it is clearly shown on the item description.
