I had my pet in for annual well visit and shots and first they wanted me to come back making several trips to get annual shots which would include multiple office visit charges. I instructed them that my pet was skittish and I need one visit with his shots which I have done every year at previous location before my move. They finally let me do one visit and they changed my invoice to show the multiple shots. I wrote a check for the invoice and when I was on my way home they called and said that I did not pay the correct amount and I told them I paid what was on the invoice. They said they had to change visit charge amount because they did not update and was supposed to be $15.00 more than was reported on the invoice they gave me. How can a company get away with changing the amount of the service after the visit when they bring you the invoice before the service even takes place.....when I tried to pay the balance at that time on a credit card they said it did not go thru and I would need to send a check....this is crazy I have no balances on that card. Now I am getting a bill for the difference and finance charges....not impressed with the way they do business and really disappointed so now on the **** for a new provider.
