Order # ******** Source Order # ******* They charged over 60% shipping and handling. I didn't see that until the next morning. Less than 12 hours I asked to cancel the order. They claimed it was already shipped. I highly doubt that they processed an order within 12 overnight hours. When I asked for a tracking number, they had none. Again, because I doubt it was shipped OVER 60% for shipping and handling on an already expensive owners booklet is outrageous. It's my fault that this old disabled veteran didn't see these high fees, but how can a company still get away with this in today's world? Please use your website to inform the public that this company is usurious and has no scruples. Thank youBusiness response
