Hello. I've been receiving treatment at Plymouth Physical Therapy since March of this year. When I began treatment I asked them how I would know when my insurance covered sessions were up and they said they keep track of them and would let me know. I received a call from them on September first letting me know that they had "lost track" of my sessions and I had went over. When I asked how many they said 15 and I owed them $100 dollars a session. Meanwhile they had been taking my co-pay every day I was there and never said a word until I was 15 sessions in the hole and now owed them $1500 dollars. That's fraud in my opinion. They know that most people aren't going to continue going at $100 dollars an hour after ******************* so they don't bother telling you until you are way over your alloted sessions then expect you to pick up the bill.
