I received an offer to extend my subscription to the paper for a small amount for a year and I accepted. Then afterwards, I was still being charged a monthly rate. I called many times to get the monthly payments stopped and was unsuccessful. I did not updated my payment method on the website and somehow they gained this information and started charging my debit card without my permission. I want my money back and I want to cancel the subscription. I don't want anything to do with this business. They can't keep track of anything and double bill and can't seem to or don't want to help with this issue. It is money in their pocket and I didn't authorize and I can't fight back. I don't know the exact figure but I can find it if needed. My calls should be in their system and the amount taken out in their books.
