i purchased a landworks log splitter from these guys, they go under multiple different names so be weary about their shady tactics. the unit arrived defective and they refused to help me. i then decided to contact the manufacturer and they said they couldn't help me because they aren't authorized resellers. they decide to play games and aren't transparent at all. they are extremely shady and unethical. all i want is my money back for a defective log splitter that these guys sold me. they should not be selling defective products, especially when they are charging full price and aren't authorized resellers.

      Hey *******,

My name is ***********************, I am reaching out on behalf of Ball Equipment pertaining the BBB complaint that you submitted. I'd like to gather some more information from you so that I can better understand what happened and how we can resolve this.

I am a bit confused as we do not sell Landworks equipment. You did mention something about different names, so I wanted determine which names you are referring to so I can better coordinate with the correct entities that *** be involved in this.

Do the names "8TEN Industries" or "Engineered Insanity" appear on your invoice? If so, this would be a company that is not directly connected to our dealership business, however I can get in contact with the owners to gather more information on your order.

Are there any other details that would be helpful to me so I can coordinate with the right people to help find a resolution here? Thank you, I look forward to digging into this for you!

Some background to help shed some light on your concerns about that company directly from their **** profile.

Our Inventory is purchased from various different manufacturers, retailers, and 3rd party sources. We do not represent or make any claim regarding any manufacturers warranty. We do however make every possible attempt to accurately describe the inventory we sell and stand behind it. We offer a no-questions asked 30-day return policy on everything we sell if the item is in the same condition it was sold in. If you have any issues at all with your purchase please feel free to contact us, we want to make it right!

Since 2016, 8TEN Industries has been a leading asset recovery provider supporting national retailers, brands, and manufacturers. Our ****** square foot processing and distribution facility located in *********, ******** has allowed us to become industry leader in turning difficult problems for manufacturers into great deals for our customers.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's response.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:

The name Engineered Insanity appears on my invoice. What's your business connection with these businesses? They all have the same business address so there's obviously some sort of business connection.

      Regards,
