      Very disappointed we basically are paying payment for a lemon that they sold us now our car don't run because they sold us the car that has no catalac converter timing cover was leaking oil the said they got new tires on there not it needs an alignment car came with no spare tire when they took it to a tire place there were no tire sensors put on power steering was leaking they gave us a belt it broke same day we bought a new one it broke I called and told them they told me they will get a hold of a towing company to get it up there because we couldn't drive it there they kept our refer a friend money to pay for the tow they kept it for 2 weeks we didn't get a loaner car we kept calling to check and they told us it was an alternator so they got an alternator but not new I have family that had issues with ther vehicles they got from that dealership

      BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolutely awful experience. ************ agreed to sell me a ****** NV200 with the verbal agreement that things that missed inspection would be fixed. He wrote up a contact and he took a $1700 deposit. After a few days, ************ called and said the things that I pointed out that needed fixed were now to much money to cover and he would not sell me vehicle unless I came up with another $800 on top of the agreed upon purchase price. My real concern with ************ as a person and his dealership is his ability to be trusted. His word does not mean anything! Before making a 2 hour ride out to his car lot, I inquired about this vehicle before driving out. ************ said it had been inspected and was in good shape, ALL LIES! All the issues I found at purchase should have been caught in his supposed inspection??? I am not even a mechanic and I found in this this little work truck a rattle in the muffler, a severe pull in the front end (bad ball joints) and the back door lock was jammed and not working. In all reality, ************ was hoping I was another car buyer not paying attention to the quality of vehicle and this would of all been stuck on me after purchase! This vehicle supposedly has a 90 day/ 3,000 mile warranty? In the end, I did not want to deal with ************ and his auto lot. I was dealt with completely wrong as a consumer and done dirty by him. While he thanked me in the end of bringing these issues to his attention, I told him it wasnt my intention to drive two hours away to do the inspection of his vehicle for him and then to be told that he has reneged on the deal because he didnt do his due diligence in this vehicle. He wasted my time, money and any last vestige of trust in car sales people!

      *********** test drove our 2013 ****** Cargo Van and told me it was a nice Van that needed three things repaired. 1. It had a rattle in the exhaust which we repaired ( loose hanger on the muffler 2. The rear door would not open which we repaired ( it was frozen from us washing it before he came in ) 3. The van needed an alignment which we told him we would do. This is where the problem arose. The technician that was doing the alignment found out it needed a ball joint. I called *********** and explained to him an alignment was not going to fix the problem and if he wanted us to fix the ball joint we would do it at our cost or we would refund his deposit in full.
