******* ****** ******* is the legal owner of Unlimited beauty institute on June 15 2023, & October 2023 I made two different payments totaling $500 for what was supposed to have been a Manicuring instructors course. In the class she has two different times of orientation. So like if you bring one payment you'll go through one part orientation and then you'll go through a second part and then you pick the dates you want to start your class. She has stated to us that if we wanted to take up the course we have exactly one year to get started. Before your money would be considered null and void. She had told me that she was going to be moving from her original location which was in Redford and that she was going to move perhaps to Southfield she hadn't got a location just yet. I said fine I was going through some personal issues at the moment I told her if I could I would try to start late winter if she had not moved guaranteed by spring Time. I will keep up in touch with her she had finally got moved as of February of this year when I contacted her January 2024 she told me to call her February February she got moved but didn't have any class dates this went on all the way through June I would keep asking her what dates to start the instructor's course she didn't have any dates I have documents to prove each and every text message and phone recordings to also prove this. After waiting from January through June she still didn't have a date I asked her for a full money refund as of June 12th 2024 she told me you would take four to six weeks!! Every time I'd ask her in July she was saying it wouldn't be too much longer lying the whole time my birthday is in July she told me the week of my birthday she would mail it out to me right after the 25th. After that she has made no more contact she continues to duck and Dodge me. And I simply want my $500 I've had to complain to State Board of Cosmetology equally as well. And I need better business to help me getting my money back.

I enrolled in the evening manicuring class on August 2nd 2023. The owner ******* ******* went over my contract which I was to pay $800 on a special and was given a $2500 scholarship. I was supposed to receive a kit which I did not. I had to pay additional out of pocket at 168 Nails with my instructor. ******* insisted I go to her friend and pay $200. I was informed by the students that her friend is a scam and gives you a very old kit where the liquid monomer sticks in your dapping dish. ******* listed fraudulent fees in my contract and told me not to worry about it. ******* ******* would periodically close the school down for up to a week at a time. We would also have class online and then back in the building. There was no real structure. November 18th was our last day in the building and then the school was closed for 1 week. When the class resumed online, our instructor ***** ****** notified us we will be online via zoom indefinitely. I drove past the building and there was a "For Sale/Lease" sign in the front. ******* received a contract at Breithaup Vocational School located in Detroit, Mi and was posting pictures on her schools instagram page that, "My students placed first in the state challenge." She left her adult students to fend for themselves and resort to Youtube learning. ******* instructed us to complete all assignments, upload them and she'll close us out. ******* had the instructor who is teaching at Breithaupt, upload additioanal work for the evening manicuring students (adults) to complete. When we asked why we're expected to complete that work even though its not in our curriculum, ******* replied, "its necessary for you to graduate." Several students have reached out wanting to know the update to when we would be closed out and haven't gotten anywhere. I texted, ******* on 2/23 asking for an update and has not gotten a response back yet. ******* is not of good and moral, ethically character and should not be allowed to scam any more people.
