Unethical behavior and conduct on the behalf of the business.I have a payment plan set up for this company and have been paying towards this! They used the 2nd payment plan payment to garnish my bank account! On top of garnishing 800$ my taxes. They have over $1000 that does not belong to them. I never received any paperwork regarding a garnishment OR regarding their payment plan with information. I have never told them where I banked the only way they would be able to know where I bank is by the information on my repayment account! This business is so unethical and difficult to work with, shame on the people who work with them.

I had a bill, a medical bill go to collections in 2019. 3 months ago I was served with court documents saying I needed to pay the debt. A guy was named ****** was following me, and kept coming to my door ( I have a ring camera and was very confused.) I have never been in ANY legal trouble. I was outside and he came up to me and served me court papers. I was VERY confused. I have tried to call Winters and ***** (***** Winters) MANY times trying to understand the paperwork. I am 25 and have never seen anything like this. I have never received a call back, can not find an email. Any information online about Winters and assoc is negative, no pictures or website information. I called the *********** there is no case on file with my name or SOC number. No record of any collection. I called the district court they said they can not tell me nay information about the debt, fifth third bank can not tell me any information. My account was garnished this weekend for 900 dollars. About what I owed them. (that is all that was in my account) I have CALLED OVER 10 times NO response. They are so rude and unprofessional. I have been unable to pay a daycare bill, unable to get gas and make a house payment. I have spent 2 days on the phone between the bank, winters and assoc, and fifth third. They all say to call the other party. I am LOST on what to do. I feel like this is fraud. I am now being charged overdraft fees and the bank says they can not help me the attorney. I had to open a new bank account just so I could afford to live and pay bills. I really need help!!!!!!!!!!!! I do not think this lawyer exist and I am struggling to get any information about them.
