****************** started storage of his 2010 Lexus on Feb 22,2024. At that time I was up to capacity with vehicles in my facility, to which I expressed to Mr *******. Due to ********************* persistence I yielded and allowed him to store with us. ***************** always paid in Person and would go and inspect his vehicle with no report of any problems found. On July 2,2024 ****************** came and picked his car up and did not report any thing missing or a problem.On July 10,2024 ****************** called me and stated that his Car mats in his trunk were missing after taking his car to be detailed. I told ****************** that I recalled the box being in his truck with Weather tech printed on it, and that I noticed it when I put his car cover and battery maintainer in the truck. I explained to him that I am the only one who had access to his vehicle and that the box was in there when he came to pickup his vehicle.
