On 11/10/23, I purchased a design your own hoodie from this company (Order ID: ***********. Upon receiving the item, I was highly dissatisfied because the image in off center and blurry. As asked by the company, I reached out to them for help with the issue prior to filing a complaint. However, their response was just that everything was my fault (sent in an image that wasn't high resolution enough - even though it was ******* clear and fine on my end), nothing can be done, deal with it. From someone that does customer service for a living, this is not the way to go. I then left a bad review that they won't even post on their site. I just don't know what to do because this is not good business and even worse customer service. No chance for help, just incorrect blame.Initial Complaint

These shirts are advertised as true to size, but they are not. Not only did they not fit, they werent even all the same size as each other. The company offered me an 80% refund, but thats not good enough. I didnt order 80% of ***-shirt. I want a full refund, because these shirts are NOT as advertised. If I do not get a full refund, then I will file a case for false advertising.Initial Complaint

Tee Shirt Palace owes me, as of today, $107.76 as commissions for designs I sold on their site. Payment was due yesterday.Since I've had ongoing issues with their unwillingness to issue payment, I messaged them several days ago to make sure payment would be made. No response.I called their support number yesterday several times throughout the day. No one answers the phone.I sent several emails and a message using their online support form. I am a freelance designer. One of the platforms I use is TeeShirtPalace.com.Last Monday (12/27/21), I attempted to withdraw commissions on my sales for the total of $8.08, using the "instant transfer" button on the website. The money was not deposited in my PayPal account, which is what normally happens.On the following day, I called the support number to find out what happened. The person who answered assured me that the problem would be fixed, and that I should call back Friday if this was not resolved.The problem wasn't resolved. On Thursday night, TeeShirtPalace took $212.40 from my account for an "automatic transfer." That money also disappeared; it never showed ** in my Paypal account, bringing the total amount misappropriated to $221.20.I have emailed several times regarding the issue, but the company refuses to honestly respond or address the issue.Customer response
