In June 2023, we cancelled services with Bullseye Telecom. Our account was still being billed after services were terminated. We are owed a refund of those over charges. First phone call made on 7/24/2023. We were told by a Bullseye Telecom representative that the refund process would take up to 60 days. We waited the expected period. After 60 days, we still had not received the refund. We called and spoke to a representative, and were told we were not processed for the refund. So now the 60 day wait period will reset. We waited another 60 days. We still have not received the refund. It has been almost a year and we are still waiting for the issued refund. Another call was made today 3/21/2024 and was told by a representative that they are waiting for the new guidelines to be approved, and the expected wait time would be another 2 weeks. I have requested to speak with a manager or supervisor on multiple occasions, all the representatives say there is no supervisor or manger. We have requested to have a manager call us and no one follows up with our request. 3/21/2024- We spoke with a "supervisor" by the name of *******, she says the case has been escalated again and we should expect a manager to reach out via email of phone.Initial Complaint

Our business, Coalfield Parts and Supply, picked up BullsEye as our phone ** 18 years ago. Service has never been satisfactory, but we have had no dial out long distance service since Mon, June 6. We have called daily and been told a dispatch would be sent, but still no service. This is very disturbing for our business. Our orders are done through phone and so are our faxes. Our ticket no is ******, but it has not been addressed at this time. We are asking for help to quickly resolve this issue. Thank youBusiness response

As of June 20,2022, Per ***************:
This issue has been resolved and the site has confirmed that they can now make Long Distance calls. The issue was that a trunk was down from the ********** to ********** and AT&T has corrected that due to me pushing back on them and denying several closures on their ticket. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if there are any questions.
