I ordered a paid for a tan fox fur hat on 10/16/23. For 490. Plus shipping On 10/26/23 I ordered a yellow fox fur hat. For $400. Total was$890.00 I have called spoken to Wayne and another lady. As of today 11/8/23. I haven't received anything. I called, text, cancelled with cash app. nothing! This was supposed to be a birthday present from my daughter that passed in February. She would always buy me a hat for my birthday .I'm a senior and disabled veteran I'm so hurt that they would treat represent the church members like this.Initial Complaint

After talking to the owner of Bella Wayne Couture directly about a men's fur coat that I was interested in purchasing he sent me several pictures and after picking the one I wanted the owner and I finalized the payment details. I was to cash app him $750 plus $55 for the ***** shipping and after he received the $805 through cash app he would then send me a tracking number to be able to track my package as it was enroute to me. I indeed sent the $805 cash app (I have a receipt) but instead of receiving a ***** tracking number I received a **** tracking number. I was troubled but the change but I did not really think much of it at the time. I waited a week and had not received my package so I called the merchant and he told me he would call the post office to see what was going on with my package. I did not hear back from the merchant after that last call and I called, texted and inboxed him repeatedly to no avail. I decided to call the post office myself to order an investigation and after about a week it was reported to me that the merchant had allegedly went to a self serve kiosk at the post office an scanned a sticker on a random package to obtain a tracking number without actually mailing anything. which is why when I repeatedly used the tracking number that the merchant sent to me the package kept showing that it was still at the original post office that it was supposed to be sent from. The post master said he showed no evidence that a package matching that tracking number that I was provided had ever been sent. I immediately inboxed the merchant with the information that I'd received per my investigation and got no response. I called his busines repeatedly and again there was no response. I then sent a cash app request, requesting a full refund (twice) yet there was still no response. I feel this merchant should be exposed for this fraudulent and criminal behavior.
