  I expressed concern 4 times this month about their Car Wash damaging my headlamps. It wasnt discoloration, it was obvious scratches on the surface of the headlight front and side of lamp. I believe the brushes did this over time. I get my truck washed quite often and take advantage of their monthly charge of $26.95 to maintain a clean appearance. Not knowing that eventually their soft brushes would scratch my headlamps. Before they started this monthly promotion, I probably was washing my truck there and average of 1-2 times a week depending on the season. However, their new promotion allowed me to do it once a day if I wanted too! I did increase my washes to 2-3 times a week. About the last week of May, this year, I brought my truck in to show the attendant the damage to the headlamps. He wrote the complaint up and said someone would get in touch with me within 3 days. No one did, so, I went to the Letaviss Enterprises in ******************, **. Spoke to ****** who thought their car washes could not have done that? I pointed out the scratches so she would know we were not talking yellowing or discoloration. She said she would get back to me in about 3 days with an answer. On the 4th day I called her back and she stated they declined a resolution. She then told me ******* also agreed it was a decline. I went to the ***************** location ******* works at to show her the scratches and she declined, it was the car washes fault! I contacted the main office again and asked to speak to **** Letavis (Owner) and they told me he was not available and she would give him the message to call. Well, he didnt, instead ****** called me back and explained, in a round about way, that he cant be bothered with these trivial matters?! You would think the owner would want to see my scratched headlights and come up with some resolution. After all, this everyday wash promotion may be the issue and leaving them with more problems like mine. Sometimes we just need to think out side the box!

  We have reviewed this claim from ******************** back on May 16th, 2024. We use soft cloth/soft brushes, they are not designed to cause any damage to vehicle head lights or any other part of the vehicle. The dasmage did not happen from Fast Eddies Car Wash. We wash hundreds of vehicles every day at the Fast Eddies on *****************. in ***** and did not have any other claims of customers seeing this issue on their vehicles. We also did not have any other mechanical issues in the wash during this time. This claim was reviewed by our management team, which includes Matt *********************** Everyone necessary to review this claim has been made aware and agree that this issue could not and was not caused by our wash.
