  In the beginning of February of 2022 I had ****** ****** from Perfect Tech come to my home to quote me on a kitchen and bathroom remodel. I agreed to use them and paid 1/3 down for the projects on February 18th. I was told that my project would be started mid May to Mid June. I did not hear anything from Perfect Tech until I reached out to them on June 1, 2022. Asking what the status is on my remodel project. I did not hear back so I tried again on June 4th. The crew finally started the demo on July 12th and for the bathroom. I paid the bathroom in full when the project was almost completed on July 24th assuming they would be back like promised to finished. They have not finished the project yet and I have a hole in the side of my house. On July 28th I asked when they thought my kitchen would be started. I was told on August 8th and it would be 1.5-2 weeks because he didn't want to leave me without a kitchen longer then necessary. They did not show up on August 8th but did on August 9th and completely gutted my kitchen. As of this date, September 29th, my kitchen is still gutted, my bathroom is not done and Perfect Tech will not take or return my calls or texts. Not to mention Kyle the owner asked for a mid job payment on August 24th because he did some electrical work. I very stupidly paid him.

  I had my kitchen and bathroom remodel by Perfect Tech. I paid the bill promptly without it being finished. I know, my mistake but **** needed to meet payroll. There is a wall that is not complete, It needs finished painting, I have several marks on my BRAND NEW cupboards that I paid quite a bit for that needs to be repaired. I don't even know why those were not fixed to begin with and I have two ceiling lights with half inch gaps around them that need to be fixed. I have contacted them **** and Justin twice about this problem in the last two weeks and have not heard a response to when the problem will be taken care of.
