      Hagerty insurance company is a FRAUD yeah the customers service sale side seems very legit but when you have a claim the problem comes down to you’ll never get a email a return call or anything in response to any left messages. These people do not call the insured back. I’ve spoke to a new manger named Braden who just took the position over two weeks ago. The other manger I assume was fired but now it’s been over a month and nothing has happened. You call and nobody returns calls I’ve got 9 collectable units and after this issue of finding out hagerty is nothing but a fraud. They advertise and lead people to believe they are such a great company. And when paying the bill or adding a unit things are a ray of sunshine. But the minute you get claims involved the true colors show. January the renewal happens but not with hagerty im moving to an accredited company not this fly by night hagerty. I was fooled by the advertising on how great they are but in actuality they are a fraud. Along with this review I mailing corp my complaint along with it will be the complaint filed with Michigan Attorney General and Department of Insurance along with the complaint at Kentucky Attorney General as well as the Department of Insurance in Kentucky. Everyone needs to file complaints with these companies and let everyone of this offices know what’s going on. They need brought to the light with all the shading corruption within the claims department. First off they need to bring everyone out of the living rooms and back in a office building. Secondly fire everyone in claims and clean house. Bring the sales manger over and get a team of people wanting to work and stop hiding behind voicemail. It’s ridiculous but at this point I’m just ready to sue this company. If anyone is considering Hagerty Insurance do your homework don’t be lead to buy policy from advertising it’s fraud. Read all these reviews not everyone is just complaining but everyone is complaining about the same issues.

      I recently had a total loss of my 1975 MGB. I insured with Hagaty for a few years. This company was fantastic in handling my claim. From beginning to check in hand less than 3 weeks. I highly recommend this company.

      I used hagerty for first time and they claimed to be a 5 star company, far from it. I broke down at 7pm on a Saturday on a busy 4 lane highway, 3.5 hrs later after standing in dark on side of road the wrecker showed up, wrecker was not working correctly and took 1 hr to load. Got home around midnight. Soon as i laid down phone goes off asking about experience, LOL. I was awoken again at *** asking same questions. Monday I contacted hagerty to be told they are reviewing case. 9 days later they call to offer me $75 for my troubles LOL. That showed me that I'm just a # and they could care less. $ 75 in today's economy is a slap in the face. They don't care period!!!

      Wished I had read these comments before I purchased policy, they are very slow in sending estimates/supplements and always missing price parts and under valuing body work. I hope to have a better review once everythings is completed.

      Female that got stuck at 1am bringing home my new Z. I have AAA but I thought I would give the new insurance a go. I was told they couldn't get anyone until 7am and, I quote, that I should try to call some friends or talk to the local people. At 1AM ... at a rural, closed-for-the-night gas station. Flabbergasted, I called AAA and they has someone there in 10 minutes with a flatbed. CANCELLING.

      They will not offer coverage for my kei mini truck. That stated that I was trying to change my usage to fit their non commercial policy. Another customer lost. Don't waste your time.

      After years of being a customer with no claims, I had a storm come thru in the middle of the day which caused damage to my cars. After fixing the cars they canceled my insurance. So what was the purpose of insuring them, to just collect money until something controlled by God happens? Unbelievable, would not recommend them to anyone!

      Scottie S and David D have treated me unfairly. Ignoring my emails and making accommodations for my disability according to the ADA. Scottie S sharing confidential medical info which is a HIPPA violation without my consent. I asked several times for info I showed Scottie S voluntary and asked that my bank account statements with my acct numbers not be shared and my medical records in which he shared both without my consent or written permission. Asked they be destroyed and Scottie or David have not destroyed them. Including my fraud report which he was asked to destroy. Have given Scottie and David everything they have requested for my stolen vehicle of a 1967 Mercury Cougar. They have unfairly treated me like a criminal and refuse to give me a copy of my entire file. I asked what NRS code or law backs them not giving me entire file. Asked for a direct contact to HR and Ethics to file formal complaints and they have not responded. Also filed a complaint with the Nevada Dept of Insurance on they way my file is being handled.

      I've never been subjected to the experience that I've received by this insurance company.... Whatever you do please keep shopping for a better company . This company came into our home and questioned our son about his finances , how he paid for his vehicle . This was a single car accident , with no injuries ..... Requested my cell phone records , they also asked for the convenient store receipt for a store that he stopped by on his way home . The claims adjuster also said that they would ask for surveillance footage from the store if he couldn't find the receipt . I felt like these questions were racially motivated because we are people of color ? They even asked if he had ever been arrested !!! I've had my driver's license since I was 16yr old and have never experienced anything like and I'm 60 yrs old.... And when I questioned this I was told that the claim was under investigation and did I know what that means . I then asked was this how they handled all claims they said that I couldn't out Talk Them . The cell phone is not in my son's name and that I didn't feel as thought I needed to give them my phone records . She no longer wanted to talk to me ??. I wouldn't recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy ??
