I signed a contract for a complete kitchen and bath remodel on 12/15/21. At that time, I was told both projects would take 4-6 weeks. The project started on 3/16/22. The first worker (*****) would only come a few days a week for a few hours. He would tell us he was coming on certain days. We would take our puppies to doggie day care and he would never show up, This happened several times. I call *** and was told that ***** was a really good worker and that if he didn't show up, I should call. Which I did initially, but it was happening so frequently, I felt like I was babysitting. Should they know where the contractors are? Sometime in June, they fired *****. I was left with a functional Kitchen and bath, but not complete. *** sent out a replacement crew. They worked for a week in August. I was under the impression that they would be coming back in Sept. I had requesting a meeting with owner several times and was told no. I finally had a meeting on 9/27. I did get a return email on 9/29 which I replied on 10/3 & 10/24 no reply until 10/28 that I would be contacted the following week. No further contact from ACE.Business response
