I received a bill in the mail from Perspectives Counseling Centers for multiple missed appointments and I never missed an appointment with Doctor ********************** I have been making payments to them and asked for a receipt to see what I have been paying on and they refuse to send me one or call me back. How do I know they haven't previously charged me for other missed appointments that I didn't actually miss. I do not mind one bit paying the copays but I need proof that all of the 360 they have taken out of my account is for copays only and not charges for appointments that I went to and the doctor is saying I missed. The doctor is extremely unprofessional for putting that I missed these appointments when I didn't. He wrote refills at each appointment, why would have write refills if I didn't see him? Also why would he keep me as a client if I never came to my appointment? I have called the billing department multiple times and they are unable to help me and claim i need to speak to the office manager ******* who never answers her phone or calls me back. I even reached out to my insurance provider priority health for assistance and they were unable to reach ******* as well. Why is she avoiding me if she didn't do anything wrong? This has been going on for 3 weeks of me calling with no return call. I already found a new psychiatrist but I don't want perspective coming after me for money that I don't even owe them. I honestly believe they owe me money back because I highly doubt I owe 360 in copays alone. I have bank receipts of all the money I have sent them and the new bill they sent me because I stopped making payments due to the dishonesty that the bill is showing. I would like a receipt of all my copays, my money back for any missed appointments they charged me for but I never actually missed, and for them to send all of my records to my new psychiatrist. I want nothing to do with them anymore because they are so unprofessional and don't return calls.
