This company is predatory. They advertised a special price of $199.00 and told me when they got here it was going to be double that to do the job. It ended up costing 400 to clean the ducts and I was quoted at 199. I should have just sent them home before I allowed them to continue. Do not use this service.

We here at American Air Comfort heating and cooling take our business very seriously. The technicians have a set starting price, and they explain everything before they get started. The customer agreed on the work before they get started. He agreed for them to do the duct cleaning at the price agreed upon, so that's what our company did. We did duct cleaning dryer vent cleaning furnace cleaning and sanitizer. We also guarantee our work and if there was a problem he should have contacted our office and we would have fixed the problem. We did not get any complaints. We did not ignore any complaints. I do not think it's right that a customer agrees to a job and then gives us a bad complaint.
