We have been working with Massoud Jewlers for many years. They have always been kind and helpful. They have made many custom pieces for us, and we found them to be very well made. I highly recommend their work.

The gentleman that helped us ***** and **** to us. My husband and I took my wedding rings in to get them clean and soldered. When we came to pick them up, he had taken out the diamonds and made a mold. We never agreed to this and he made us pay $280 for the job when the original price we were quoted was less than $100. We remained calm and tried to find a solution with him but he repeatedly talked down to us and kept telling us that we were adults that made this decision. Unfortunately we left with my wedding band and diamonds in a ziplock. Sharing because I wouldnt want others to waste their time or experience the ******** we did.Massoud Jewelers, Inc. Response

We feel very sad to see that the story is told in such a way! Job envelope #***** clearly indicates the request of the customer: "Rebuild 4 prongs on center stone = $80.00 - make 2 bands to match, supply and set diamonds as needed, cast rings in 10K y/g." The charge of $200 was applied when the customer decided to cancel the job and requested to take the 2 loose diamonds (pulled out from the old band) and the *** band that was made by us. check out our 32 years of immaculate record at BBB or any other media source. We're willing to bend backwards for our customer's satisfaction.
