We are very happy with our new roof. tu and ****** were very professional and they kept us informed about the process and the next steps. The job lasted about 2 days and a half, we have a large roof. 2 days before the job started, we had a dumpster in our driveway. The crew, about 10 people, arrived as scheduled and worked all day. Once they finished they cleaned everything and the dumpster was picked up 2 days after. Although the work implies some noise, workers were careful with our property and left everything as it was before. Very satisfied with the job and the service from the company. I called Mills Siding and Roofing in April and promptly received a call from ******. I was very impressed with his down to earth, low pressure, professional approach. ****** was very patient and thorough explaining every detail in there process. He determined that my house and garage had extensive hail damage and that it could be put through my insurance. ****** worked very closely with my insurance company, including being at my home for my insurance adjusters appointment. Because of this coordination, financially, all I had to pay was my deductible. We recently had our roof replaced by Mills Roofing and Siding. We worked with ****** ********* during the entire process and he was excellent to work with. He came to inspect our roof and found we had hail damage to both our home and shed. ****** was here when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof and pointed out all of the areas of hail damage he had found. He brought shingle samples to our home and assisted with color choice. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The workers did a great job and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. The entire roof job on our home and shed was completed in one day. Mills took care of the paperwork to submit to our insurance company and ****** personally picked up the checks. Thank you ****** and Mills for the new roof! I've had to replace rooves at three prior houses, and working with Mills made this time the best and easiest experience, by far. From the initial consultation after the storm damage, I worked with one representative throughout the entire process. He was very professional, made the insurance claim process a sinch, and even followed up with insurance throughout the claims process to remove as much hassle off my plate as possible. The job was done quickly and very professionally. We are very happy with the results and all of the help they gave with pricing and payment plans when we needed help with our deductible. Dealing with roof replacement had always been a nightmare, but I can truthfully say this experience was enjoyable and not in the least stressful. I highly recommend working with Mills to anyone that needs a roof replacement - this is one decision you will not regret.
