      Order #******** The product I received was defective and quite a mess in the packaging...not even sure if it was what I actually ordered. The company has totally ignored my request for return shipping label and full refund. Unprofessional and just feels like internet scam overall. I feel uncomfortable that I used my credit card on their site.

      We did receive and fulfill an order for Carmene on May 23, 2023.  I have searched our email and phone systems and was unable to find any contact attempts from the customer's email address or phone number that we were given at the time of the order.  Our phone number is located on every single page on our site and we have a contact page to send us an email.  I do not know how we could have missed her attempt to get a hold of us.

      If we had received a contact prior to this complaint, we would have issued a full refund and not required any return of the product to us as it must have been damaged in transit to her.  After reading this complaint, I issued that full refund back to her credit card as is our standard practice in these situations.  The damaged product may be disposed of as the customer sees fit.

      We do not keep card information on file (in our databases), so there is no way for anyone to obtain that information from our systems.

      I am truly sorry that the package showed up damaged and that we did not know about this situation sooner.
