      I downloaded $300 to Gun lakes online casino I opened Davinci Diamonds slot It said $2 bet and took $200 I begged to speak to a Sr ********** There is no way to speak to anyone He said it was up to the player to take responsibility for themselves. This is insanity. The bet showed $2 on the screen. I have provided you a screenshot on this happening. An intelligent ********** would look at my play and see my slot play has never been in this range. This is highway robbery. Someone loaded $50 in freeplay to my account as an apology and then took it away. I want my $200 refunded

      I dont consider this company to be in any way reputable. I played a game for over an hour during which I won $5,000continued to play and stayed between $4,900-$5,000. Suddenly was asked to re-login and it took me directly back to the same game but my balance was $1.64 and they have zero record of any of the rounds I played in that game! For whatever reason the screenshot doesnt show a time stamp or anything (how convenient). JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BLOW YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE. HOPEFULLY THEYLL GET SHUT DOWN SOON.

      Purposely delaying my withdrawal after submitted all requested docs including license and credit card info promptly. No response from email requests for updates. No customer service number to call. Only option to get response is cheat feature and they do not answer questions directly only give run around and delay answering then hang up chat. Worst customer service and awful withdrawal process. Still waiting for my withdrawal. Filed complaint with ******** gaming commission as well.

      Online casino location. Withdrawal requested 8 days ago. Provided documentation as requested. Site says will process withdrawal within 72 hours. Reached out to **************** online but they do not look into it and keep asking if I sent in my info which I did. Which also makes no sense since I withdrew last June immediately without an issue. I want my $400.

      Used the casino *** on October 31st to withdraw money. The machine processed like it was going to deliver cash and then showed an error message that machine malfunctioned and to try later. I tried another *** and that is when I checked my account and saw that the *** had processed the transaction. I immediately notified security who contacted the cage and escorted me there. I explained what happened and the cage manager told me that they looked up the transaction and it had already showed reversed and I should wait 1-2 days for the charge to fall off.I checked my account on November 2nd and the charge was still present as a final transaction and had not been reversed. I called **** Lake back and spoke with ***** in the cage to ask if they can correct this. She looked up the transaction log and became sarcastic like I was trying to scam them. She said to file a dispute with my bank which I did. The dispute is filed and I have been told it can take up to 100 days to complete and get my money returned to my account. I spoke with some employees and was given information that this can be corrected and I know that they are able to view all the *** transactions because they were able to tell each one. I find it hard to believe that they cannot take 10 minutes to review the security footage and see that the *** did not dispense funds and also lie to me about the transaction already being reversed back to my account.

      The complaint stems from the online gambling side of this casino - when withdrawing winnings from this establishment it seems there is some sort of miscommunication, currently I have a delayed payout taking much longer than the almost instantaneous cashouts that I have received before. When asked if I needed to submit documents to help speed the process up that can take ***** hours solely based on "company policy" I was told they would not accept documents when not asked for and another department handles that. As of right now 24 hours has come and gone completely. I believe the reason my withdraw is being held is solely off of the ploy to have ******** cancel their withdraws and play through it again like I had done to one of my previous withdraws. When I stated all this on May 6th I was met with a supervisor who spammed the chat and refused to answer questions on the matter to which I have zero indication if it has been handled yet.I've requested them to release the funds and apparently they can not, I'd like to see my winnings considering I'm trying to be a responsible gambler by pulling out when I'm ahead and depositing back in with a fixed limit for myself, they will not let me do this unfortunately.
