Worst Dental office I have ever been to. The front office staff is ignorant. The Dentist that was there to help me had no personality. I was told I was a racist by a front office staff member because I referred to my previous Dentist there as the Dentist from ******. She was awesome but no longer works there I can see why. Get yourself educated team and learn the art of customer service. Run from this place if you are looking for a Dentist there are plenty out there.Review from Ben F

I am highly disappointed in the care we received at Brownstown Dental Care. I brought my 7 year old son to have a cavity-filled tooth extracted. He's very apprehensive and was dealing with a lot of fear about the procedure so obviously he cried. He allowed them to do what needed to be done, with tears. Once ********************** pulled the tooth both she and her assistant left the room and just never returned. Out of nowhere another assistant who had no involvement entered and informed us that our appointment was over and we were being referred to a pediatric dentist. We received little to no information or explanation. Now, we have to quickly go (on our own) find another dentist and make an appointment to have the job finished before my son's teeth shift. Having to go through this one day is hard enough for my son and now he has to go through it another time at an unfamiliar place to have the spacer placed that I believe easily could have been completed today. I have never been so disappointed in the way my family has been treated by a dentist.
