I found this company while looking for a contractor last February of ******************************************************************** November of 2021 from ****** **. *********************** came out to big three job. She gave me a bid of $9800 with half down, and they were scheduling out about 3 months. After her sending the details I eagerly paid the $4900 deposit so that I could get on their schedule. Ever since then it's been excuse after excuse, pushing my date. They finally scheduled for February of 2023, the day came never heard from them. I've had to chase them with texts and emails. Now my emails are undeliverable, they do not rewritten my call or my text, and I've been removed from the ************* app where I had paid my deposit, and the pictures of my bathroom plus details of the job were located.Customer response

They have stopped responding to me. They have deleted their account with builders trend so I can no longer view the job specs, contract or anything. I have asked them many times for my money back. They stated they are a struggling small business trying to keep up. I would like a refund of my deposit. If I will be filing a small claims against them. They will not respond to text or email, so have basically stolen my money. It has now been 15 months since I paid then the deposit. I want a refund and I think they need some sort of rating that warns other customers before hiring them to do work for them.
