      I placed an order on 6-9-23 for 1 class picture(Order number ******** , price *****). Called 6-23-23 to inquire was told it should be there any day.Called 7-11-23 they said they were behind and would be sending out that day.7-26-23 called but nobody answered the phone.I would like my picture that I ordered but if they are not going to actually send it I would like a refund.

      I put a direct request in with manufacturing to reprint as high priority and completed a refund request. 
      This should be taken care of asap. 
       Reach out directly to the parent to inform them the items are on their way at no cost to them as well as the refund is processing for her troubles.

      In mid-November I made a purchase of photos for my children ******* and ****** from West MI Homeschool Fine Arts in the amount of $118. I purchased online and paid for shipping as I wanted to be sure to get the order in time to mail out pictures for Christmas. I did not receive my pictures before Thanksgiving, as did the people who had ordered to pick up at school, so I called. The company indicated that there had been some confusion about the student because the order didn't have the complete name. They said that they corrected it and that I should get my order within a week. The next week, I had not received my order and I called. They said that it should be coming in the mail. I waited another week and didn't receive it. I called asking for a tracking number and they said that they would have to check with shipping, but they were sure it was sent. They said they would email me the tracking information. I never received the package or the tracking number and I have not been able to reach them at all this week upon multiple attempts by phone, email, or website. I want my product and a significant refund for the trouble.
