The dentists here that I saw were unprofessional. I was in pain during treatment and she told me it was "pressure" and continued to drill. I have a hypermobility condition that makes it so that numbing/sedation doesn't always work well, she and her assistant completely ignored my chronic condition and continued to gossip about celebrities and their husbands being "hot". A while back they sent me to a an endodontist to see if I needed a root canal, the endodontist found I didn't need one, but the dentist insisted I needed one. I asked for them to transfer records so that I could get a third opinion, they did and I got another opinion saying I didn't immediately need a root canal, the dentist insisted I still needed one.Now, last night I had a dental emergency and went to the *** I called them about 30 minutes after they opened and they said they'd call me back, two hours they called back and told me that I was no longer a patient and that I had 6 cancellations. Completely blindsided and I believe they are prejudiced against people with anxiety/mental illness, because visits are always so hard for me, I have severe anxiety. I do not have 6 cancellations, maybe total in the past 4 years of seeing them and other than a few emergency illnesses where I had a fever and they told me not to come in, I cancelled within their policy. I received a text message a few months back saying it was time for my cleaning soon, I don't believe that would be sent out to people who aren't patients.I feel I am being discriminated against, for my anxiety and for the fact that I left a review pointing out issues I have had with their ignoring my pain, ect. This is not how a business should be ran, especially when a patient of many years is having a dental emergency.
