      MY HUSBAND AND I ARE FORMER TENANTS OF THE FALLS AT 109. WE DEBATED WHETHER OR NOT THIS WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE, BUT WE HAD A LESS THAN FAVORABLE EXPERIENCE WHEN WE LIVED THERE. BETWEEN RESIDENTS HARASSING US WHEN A HANDICAP SPOT WAS PUT IN FOR OUR DISABLED SON, THE SAME NEIGHBORS PURPOSELY PARKING CLOSE AND HITTING OUR VEHICLES, MOLD IN THE MASTER BATHROOM THAT MAINTENANCE TOLD US TO KEEP SPRAYING WITH BLEACH, NEIGHBORS PARKING IN THE GRASS WHEN THEY FELT LIKE IT, BROKEN DOWN VEHICLES IN THE COMPLEX CONSTANTLY, TRASH ALL OVER THE GROUNDS, OUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WATER HEATER CONSTANTLY BACKING UP AND OVERFLOWING THEN FLOODING OUR WATER HEATER CLOSET TO THE EXTENT THERE WAS MOLD IN THERE AND DRYWALL TAPE PEELING OFF THE ****** NEIGHBORS ALWAYS PUTTING FURNITURE IN AND AROUND THE DUMPSTER AREAS, PEOPLE TAKING THEIR ANIMALS TO THE *** PARK AND LETTING THEM DO THEIR BUSINESS THEN NOT CLEANING IT UP AND WALKING OUT (WITNESSED MULTIPLE TIMES) SO MUCH FOR POO PRINTS?, SUPPOSED TO BE A NON SMOKING COMMUNITY OR AT LEAST THAT WAS IN OUR LEASE BUT NEIGHBORS WALKING PAST OUR DOOR SMOKING AND STANDING BESIDE OUR PATIO SMOKING. JUST ISSUE AFTER ISSUE AFTER ISSUE, AND SO WE FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND HAD TO PAY A BUYOUT TO GET OUT OF WHAT WE WOULD DESCRIBE AS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. WE SHOULDVE BEEN LET OUT OF OUR LEASE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO PAY $5700 TO BUYOUT WITH ALL THE ISSUES WE HAD THAT WERE NOT DEALT WITH AS THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. I CAN DEFINITELY SAY THIS WAS NOT THE EXPERIENCE WE SHOULD HAVE HAD AND WE WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS REIMBURSEMENT OF THE ***** BECAUSE WE FEEL LIKE WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEING THAT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OUR HOME.****I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS OF EVERYTHING.***

      My daughter has lived here for a little over a year. Somehow the whole apartments utility bill was put in her name and management has been rude, nasty and less than helpful in getting this corrected. They credited her rent at one point for money she spent on the bill before she knew what was happening and now she has collections calling her about an unpaid bill. I have photos of ice built up on the inside of her doors and windows and black mold because of it!

      I am sorry, but this complaint did not come to me before today. Is there a way to find out who the daughter is so I can try to help the customer? We want to be able to assist, but we have over ****** residents, so I need help in trying to identify who we are talking about.

      Shady company who get people who are just as shady and fake to work for them. Started this poo prints program where they take the *** from your dogs cheek and when your dog poops and you forget to pick it up they charge a hefty fee. $250 for a first offense to be exact. It goes up $100 for every other offense. The whole thing is shady and its a scam for more money. My property manager told me that the money from the violations didnt go to them and turns out she blatantly lied to my face because thats exactly what the program does; it brings in more revenue to the property. I proceeded to call the regional manager, Daisy, about the whole thing and her response was well well cut your fee in half for this time but you will have to pay $350 for the following offense So $475 for dog poop???? Its outrageous. No solution was provided except to give them more money. Theres no chain of custody provided for the picking up of the dog ****, theres no pictures, the dates are always different and scewed. The whole thing is suspicious and I have had countless people tell me theres so many loopholes these people dont care about. They want us all to be sheep and pay them more money without questioning why.
