I purchased $250 ceramic bearings with lifetime renewals completed at their ********* location. However, I was informed by ************* that the renewal process now requires sending the bearings to *****, which would incur additional costs and delays. This is not what I agreed to when I made the purchase. I request either a full refund or the option to send the bearings to a US location as its not cost effective to mail them to ******Before purchasing the bearings and earlier this year in February, I was given this US address to send the bearing to: Asia Access, **** / *******************************************************************************************************. Obviously, mailing the bearings to an undisclosed location in ***** will cost significantly more than mailing the bearings within the ** and the turn around time will also be significantly more.
