I inform this company for the last 2-3 years there was a big mistake when I went to the ** they kept me I had emergency surgery on the next morning I came in around 11:50p. The nurse asked me the usual do I have any insurance I stated no she gave me some options. The next morning I was more aware of what to do so I called Scott county assistant applied for insurance told them what happen that night was approved in about a week or so the rep asked me did I have previous bills I stated yes she said they will take care of it. They been after me ever since then put these bills in collection unfair and professional they will not listen to me I have tried disputing, calling doesn't seem to help she just keep trying to give me half off my bills telling me after I pay this much they will remove them off my credit. 3-2019Review from Kirstan K

This "company's" illegal practices and secrecy (refusing to provide very basic info when calling people) are alarming. I can't believe they are getting away with what they are doing. Whoever fit needs to shut this place down.Review from Jeff S

I was on the phone with their employee, ***********************, when he asked for my birth date. I advised him I'm not comfortable with giving away personal information. He yelled at me, and blurted out my birthdate without verifying who I was. I asked him to calm down, and he continued to yell at me. This call happened on May 5th at approximately 4:40PM. If you call these people, make sure you record the call as well to protect yourself.

I did listen to the tape *** did ask alot of questions,..Just wanted to make sure it was the correct party he was talking to- the Customer was very nice..he felt *** tone of voice could have been nicer.Review from Kelli R.

I received a collection notice from this company for the full amount of my ambulance **** ($2,088) when the only balance owed was $98. I strongly recommend individuals receiving notices from this company check your medical bills closely so you are not paying for balances not actually owed.American Accounts & Advisers Response
