We used SafeCo for car and home insurance since moving to ********* 9/15/2021. On 11/2/2021 I reached out as our homeowners insurance was not paid and was past due. SafeCo Policy #OZ5045482 Past due payment: $1366.80. While my prompting did get ******* to pay this debt and she apologized, our problems continued. We got a new vehicle and needed to update our policy. Despite many communications from my husband and I, she did not respond. Between 1/1/23 and 1/18/23, we tried calling, texting, and multiple emails. So many in fact, I left a message I was concerned about her safety and if she didn't respond I would have local law officials check on her to make sure she was okay. She still did not respond so I followed through on 1/18/23. She just didn't feel like calling back is what she reported and that she'd call me tomorrow which never happened. We decided to switch providers at this time. I requested both policies be cancelled through SafeCo's app which I did multiple times because it says your agent will contact you as soon as possible to finalize and this never happened but our online account access was cut off. To follow up with cancellation, I sent emails, left phone messages, my husband called, and our new agent attempted contact to no avail again. The SafeCo phone numbers I have found ************ and ***********) route me back to *******. We had to remove our autopayment information to force our auto policy to lapse as our only way to "cancel" it. We paid at least 2 months extra despite having new coverage, as we had faith ******* would do her job but this did not happen. We were unable to pull payment info from our home policy and now it is scheduled for renewal on 9/15/23 which we have no interest in keeping as we have been requesting cancellation for months.We want this mortgage policy cancelled and our money refunded as it has already been distributed.Our SafeCo information is: Home Policy OZ5045482 Auto Policy Z5130749
