Around 3 month ago my transmission went out in my car so I called around to see who could fix it i got in touch wit a nonprofit organization which is called community action they paid 250 and I paid the rest of the balance to pops auto to get a used transmission and to take the old one out and put the new one in its been 3 months that my car has been siting there Ive called 2 months later and then he said he knew he should have did the work cause he knew his staff aint do it right so another month go pass I called back he said why are u ******* me I told you Ill call you when its done then he said he was waiting on a peace for his lift in order to fix my car. Then he said if u cant wait then come and get you car and have some one else fix it. It only took 7 to 10 days the first time to fix it I just want my car fix right and Ill never deal with them againBusiness response

Hi. **** received his vehicle a few days after we received this letter. There were different circumstances this time to alter the time of the repair job. **************** took longer to find a replacement transmission for the warranty that was on the Dodge Nitro. Also, we travel 2 hours there and 2 hours back to get the transmission. Due to the weather during the month there were not very many safe days to travel to get the part. Also, during the time that his vehicle was waiting for the part, other vehicles were taken in and unfortunately for an extended period of time Pop's only had one mechanic and we fell behind. It did take him longer to get his vehicle than the first time. Customers do not always understand that there are other customers in between the times that they are waiting for parts. We will try to get our vehicles out faster. We were able to hire another mechanic and hopefully it will work out better.
