Fee dropped off of collections amount.Business response

We tried using the credit card **************** gave us for his service of appliance which was declined 3 times. We sent a statement every month for the past 4 months, the last with a letter that he would be sent to collections if not paid by a certain date. We sent him to collections after no response. Once collections has paper work he will have to work out with them to have their fee's adjusted. We tried to explain this to him when he called us, but he got vulgar so we hung up.Initial Complaint

Received brand new defective washing machine. Doesnt work. Business refuses to refund or exchange. Manager refuses to call back. Employees talked to refused to offer solutions and said there is a no return or exchange policy which I was never made aware of and says nowhere on any invoices.Business response

we had our service dept. go out and see what problem was and found that the lid lock was bad, machine had food in tub that had to be cleaned out. machine was repaired on 11/15/22 and is in working order as i know at this time.
