CASE: G979566 *********************************** called Innovative Partners and asked if he could extend his health insurance that ended on 9/8/23 to the end of the month to cover a medical bill he had from 9/15/23 with his primary doctor for a complete physical. He was without insurance for one week when he was between jobs. He was told by the Innovative representative that if he paid $292.85 it would retroactively cover the rest of September 2023 and that bill for his physical examination. He made the payment. He resubmitted his claim and it was denied again. Then another payment of $292.85 was charged and deducted from his account. The original claim for his physical on 9/15/23 was never covered and he was never reimbursed for either charges. He was then told that the representative made a mistake and they could not refund him. Please help.
