It has taken over 2 weeks and I still do not have a prescription refill. I am missing work and am suffering physically. I need modafinil, 200mg twice daily. Due to a change in insurance, I am told by the pharmacy the clinic needs to enter a new prescription. I found that out late on 3/26. I changed to using half my dose of medication on 3/29 to stretch it out a bit, but ran entirely out 4/1. 3/27: Used patient portal to submit an email to medication team, never heard back. Called the clinic, left a message for the nurse line, never heard back.4/1: ******* clinic was closed 4/2: ******* nurse vm was full and hung up on me. Submitted new email, never heard back. Called the scheduling team, they put in a message for the nurse but said neither they or I could contact a doctor or nurse directly. The clinic put through a prescription for the wrong medication.4/3: ******* scheduling team put through another message, again couldn't do anything else.4/4: Same as 4/3. 4/5: 7 phone calls with clinic all during work hours, on hold for over 40m. They put meds through to the wrong clinic. They then said they put it through again but CVS didn't get it. Receptionist said at 3:30 everyone was going home for the weekend and nothing she could do.4/8: 5 calls, 45 min. Showed up at ********************* which FB lists as being open, no office there. Receptionist puts in priority message, CVS gets prescription, but it's not covered and needs prior auth. Rec. says she'll put in a request.4/9: Had to miss work due to lack of medication. Showed up at Plymouth location, but no sleep doctors there. Doctor has apparently said I don't need a prior auth since the old one covers through 4/19, but that doesn't matter since it's new insurance. No response all day from any nurse or doctor. I was put through to a QA voicemail on request. No response.Not once has the clinic contacted me despite promising to multiple times. I am missing work and am tired and in pain due to loss of meds.
