I had a plumbing leak in the night. This was in June. I notified insurance co. They (State Farm) sent out an adjuster. Legacy Services came and tore out the flooring in the kitchen, entryway, and a small bathroom off the entryway. They tore out the carpeting and pad in the dining room. they tore out kitchen cabinets and counter tops and kitchen sink and the toilet in the bathroom. they piled all items from the kitchen and dining room in the living room in boxes. I sat like that until December before they did anything at all despite repeated calls by me.the job was finished in January. I paid legacy a total of $25,776.68 $17,147.68 of this was from my insurance. The rest out of pocket. I know that I have money due back to me. I have called repeatedly. The phone is answered by a receptionist who tells me the owner's wife who does the accounting will get in touch. She never does. She won't talk to me.
