I would not hire again. They did asphalt drive way and left low spots near house foundation that will be ice hazard in winter. Not very responsive and did not fix problem when I asked. Photos seen here. ***************************************

If I could choose zero stars I would. If you or anyone you know are looking to have your driveway replaced, DO NOT hire Tytann Blacktopping. We had the ABSOLUTE worst experience we could imagine. If you dont park anything on your driveway in the spring and summer (even if drive it every couple of days (2) )or dont place anything (basketball hoop on it even, with moving it 2 times in 3 weeks in September!), then you might be ok. We had a few feet added to both sides of our driveway and EVERYTHING that sat on it for more than 2 days left sink spots and tread marks. Some sink spots towards the center did come back up.? A wheel chock for our boat that is not a very heavy boat sunk in badly. A basketball hoop with a water filled base that we had for less than 3 weeks and was moved twice left sink spots its been gone now for over a week in the sink spot is still there.?Mind you, we had this driveway poured at the end of October in 21. We stayed offered for almost 45 days. We followed their instructions to a T. We did not have any issues until it got to be about 50 outside this spring.?We had our driveway done at our old house and way heavier equipment on it that DIDNT move for weeks and never had problems. We had vehicles that sat for long periods of time and never had problems. The only way the owners will communicate with us was through ********* Never a call back. Never a call answered. Claims he came by and will fix the spots for $200 a spot. Again we have never had problems with our black topping in the past, not sure whats different about their mixture, but if you want to park anything over the weekend and it not move. The only way they will fix it for you is if you prove that you parked it on plywood. And who does that for a weekend? we also did put plywood under one of the trailer hook *** on the boat wheel for a weekend and even that block left sink marks.??Absolute worst experience.

      Tytann Best Blacktopping, LLC Response

This customer has damaged their driveway because they refuse to follow our care suggestions regarding parking / storing vehicles on their driveway. We recommend placing plywood under the tires to disperse the weight and to prevent tire marks or low spots. I have offered to repair the damage they caused but they refuse to pay the $200 service charge. I have photos of the heavy, tandem axle, fiberglass fishing boat they parked long term on the driveway. To bad they just cant follow simple instructions.

      Customer Response

      10/15/2022

In response to the companys response to ours-Aside from a soft driveway our biggest issue we have is that we tried multiple times over four months to communicate with this company via email and phone and found the only way we could get a response was through ******** messenger and even in that conversation we all but begged and pleaded for an actual face to face or phone conversation and were told directly that they were not interested in talking to us because we were the one damaging the driveway. Not a very professional way to resolve issues in my opinion. A phone call can go a long way in coming to an understanding. For those interested- take note- drive through your neighborhood and look at how many of your neighbors have plywood under their boat or cars that *** sit Long term as in a week or less. Our boat, which has tandem axels which disperses weight much better than a single axle trailer has put indents in the driveway in as little as overnight. The driveway that their product replaced did not have that issues with the same boat and trailer. Neither has any other drive way that we have had up to this point so if we have not changed the way we park on our driveway, why is the way we park a trailer or truck now damaging the new driveway? Again, the boat trailer is the worst of the indents but our suburban and Jeep Wrangler have also made indents in the driveway deep enough you can see the tread from the tires these vehicles are not parked long term on the driveway We are also aware of 2 other customers having the same problem who have also reached out and have had the same responses. Too bad this company cannot provide a quality product.
