      Our Association started using Cedar Management 2019 and we were assigned Bob *********. I use to be on the board also when he started. His first speech to homeowners was he was hired to Advocate for the Association. When he started we had over 1M in our account, now we are below $400kl. He claims to have vetted his vendors and even though we repeatedly asked for 3 bids for work he refused to vet any other companies other than the ones he has had a long relationship with. The vendors vetted like contractor is not licensed to do HVAC yet they did. It is his responsibility to be sure the exterior of our units increase in value instead since the start all the damage his vendors have created have decreased our value. He speaks to owners in a demeaning manner and is very disrepectful, as he can not leave his personal feelings out of his job. He does not supervise the work being done, that permits are finalized with City. We have 80 decks that his vendor did that all have open permits since 2019. When I was on the board we tried to reach out to owner also, who seemed that we were bothering him and stated this is his best property manager. Ickes! He does not hold vendors accountable for damages. When he replies to messages it is in bold print and capital, 95% of the time when responding to me he has no idea what he is even talking about. So much dishonesty between him and his vendors that it makes a person think what they are doing for him at his house or giving to him in another way since its illegal to get a financial kick back. He expects Assoications to pay for all damages caused and does not want to follow the Associations Governing Docs, Rules and Regs and Bylaws. He has gotten us confused with other Associations he manages and sent out massive text messages. Also invoice another townhouse developement for our job as well as theirs until out treasure caught mistake. Errors by company all the way around and a owner that really does not care. Always taking vacations!!

      Once again our Association Manager, Jennifer C, did an excellent job of helping us establish our proper insurance payment. She listens and replays.

      I have been working with Rocky M at Cedar Mgmt the last several years. As a Board Member and often hearing issues from homeowners, Rocky has been excellent to work with and try to come to some resolution. Often it means education of our Townhouse Assoc. rules and also to use the opportunity for that homeowner to become more active and share concerns as appropriate. Since they are part of the Association, finding solutions and creating a congenial living atmosphere is the goal. Rocky has been very supportive with this while setting limits as need be. It is difficult as townhouses create close living situations which requires respect for neighbors and working with our Rules and Regs. In my experience, Manager M has been the best we’ve had….and we have had some difficult Management Companies and Managers.

      The maintenance people this company use is horrible. They keep missing my area which has a gate to enter. They even had the nerve to say the gate was locked, never have locked it so dont understand the lie. They missed my garage steps on the last snowfall, and missed everything with the snowfall today. The miss mowings, leave pick-up, and have never fertilized my yard since they have taken over. My yard is basically weeds. I moved into a townhome because these tasks were getting to hard to do. I have emailed the manager most of time, why does it keep happen.

      Giving this company one start is definitely overstated! All this company cares about is collecting money. They withhold information regarding HOA dues and you later find out you have been stuck with a large capital expenditure bill that incurs interest by the day! Tom Bloom has to be the worst employee of the company that I've delt with. Very unprofessional and never returns your calls or gives you straight answers. Absolutely one horrible company!

      They have the most disrespectful office staff we have ever had to deal with. The response times on problems that arise often because they don’t hire professionals to make repairs so they keep breaking down. We have mold infestation and ants besides the garage door being broken and not useable we keep getting charged for it. The main problem is the office staff at ceder management. Very rude , disrespectful and they procrastinate on everything
