I needed a rear bumper cover for my Highlander. **** responded to my internet auto parts search the next day, and found a cover at a salvage yard nearby his location. Unfortunately the cover was damaged by the person removing it from the vehicle, but they shipped it to me without saying anything. I called ****, sent him some pictures of the damage, and he worked with the yard to resolve the issue (the yard had me ship it back to them at their expense, I guess to verify whether I had caused the damage). **** found another cover in *********, but the person removing it from the vehicle caused similar damage, so that one was unusable. **** then found a cover at another yard near him, and after having that yard send Izzy some pictures, and **** forwarding them to me, I agreed to getting that one shipped to me for no additional cost to me. There were several "delays" getting that cover removed and packaged up and taken to the local shipping facility, and **** did a great job as "middle man" to make sure the cover was finally shipped. I highly recommend **** -- he was a pleasure to work with.Review from Valerie K

I called ****'s auto looking for a part for a 95 Buick LeSabre. Was so pleased with the service we received from them. They sent us a picture of the part, and we received it a week later. Great customer service and very pleasant on the phone. We would do business with them again!!

I have a **** ****** Previa minivan, which has gotten to be pretty rare. Izzy was able to use his parts locator network to find a right front fender for me in excellent condition and ship it to me.
