RATED ZERO!!!!!Gunner Insulation took my mother's insurance money. They did only ******** of demolition. Then wanted to charge my mother more due to building permit sait stick structure. My mother canceled the building. ****** assistant manager is refusing to give her the remaining ********* back. Attorney General is reporting to people responsible for their license. ********************** is preying upon vulnerable elderly people. They don't care about anyone, except for the money.

We are certainly sorry for your concerns in this review. We have tried to resolve this with you, we have never had contact with the actual homeowner regarding this. We presume that you are related in some way based on the chain of emails you sent the BBB and the ************************ when you were asking the homeowner to give you $30,000.00. To which the homeowner replied back that the insurance money she received was to start the repairs of the outbuilding. The Anoka County ************ BBB, and ************************* all investigated the complaints and determined that the deposit moneys are not refundable if you cancel work once it has been started. The *******************, BBB and ************************* all dropped their investigations and replied back that your complaint had no merit. We worked diligently to get the homeowner her maximum claim dollars. She received the actual cash value for her claim with full claim money (replacement cost) pending the work completed and a final inspection done. The homeowner never paid any money to Gunner Insulation, only the *** money she received, which was agreed upon in the signed copy of the contract drafted by Gunner Insulation. It clearly states all deposited money is forfeited if work has begun and homeowner cancels prior to completion. In all the other platforms for reviews ******* Angi's list, etc. we have hundreds of completely satisfied customers.
